App notification on locked screen?

Hi, y'all.

So, its been days since this last time worked. I had everything set and whenever something is detected I was getting alarm(with or without tone, it all depends on my settings) on the lock screen where I could see image, press play to see what is going on and a few more information. Now, that's not working at all! I had it set on every 30 minutes but simply it's not working. If the app is opened, or the phone unlocked, then I'll get the notification. But it's not working when it's locked.

COULD YOU FIX THIS ASAP? It's mandatory to have this up and working.

Hi there, I have the same problem on my Iphone, i.e If the app is opened, or the phone unlocked, then I'll get the motion notification. But it's not working when the phone it's locked.

same thing, only works if lock screen is disabled,, and even then its random. getting really pissed off.

Same thing. I have the problem since 4 days. Sending Email to Yoosee support but never reply !
Already power OFF and ON.
Reset and pairing again many time.
Everything work except a Pushing Notification, unless I keep the app running.
