DATA PARAMETER ERROR - CMS Client

Have trawled through discussion to find a solution to this but nothing recent or that works...
  • Have latest version of CMS Client 1.0.0.53 installed on laptop.
  • Can login and view cameras on CMS Client through Admin.
  • Can login and view cameras on android Yoosee app with my own username (email.address@gmail.com) and password but... when I attempt to login to CMS Client on laptop using the same mail/user ID login as above, I get 'CMS Client... Data Parameter Error'
Any solution would be appreciated. Thanks
 
i have the same issue when i want to connect with my account to CMSClient.
and i can't see anything when i connect with admin account.

Ok...
So one solution for those with a gmail domain mail:
if you use a mail with this format name.surname@gmail.com, gmail considerate that it is the same mail as namesurname@gmail.com
Solution:
  1. On the yoosee app, Create a second account using your gmail adress WITHOUT the dot
  2. Still On yoosee app, connected with your account WITH dot ,share your camera with the new account (the one WITHOUT dot)
  3. Open your CMS, login with your account WITHOUT dot
  4. A message should appear that somebody want to share a camera with you: accept on left button (button is not translated)
  5. Your camera should be visible in your Device list
  6. Enjoy!
