Please can you help?
Recently had to get a new router so my wifi had changed. Now I have to re-configure my 163eye doorbell device via my mobile phone. Got the mobile phone the right distance away when its connecting but after the 2 minute countdown the connection fails. I'm just trying to get my doorbell device back online. Please Help!!
