Smart video doorbell alarm ?'s

I recently purchased the 1080 Smart video doorbell and have a few questions...

1: The motion "alarm" notification is an annoying and loud siren.... is there options to change the tone/sound?

2: when the unit is powered up, there is a very loud BEEP, BEEP, BEEP sound ( similar to a busy signal on a telephone). Is there any way to silence this??? We had two small power outages last night and when the doorbell cam powered back up.... it was startling to say the least @ 2 A.M.

well... it did number 2 again last night and woke us up in the middle of the night with the LOUD beeping dial tone noise. I guess there isn't much actual support/help here from the Yoosee company.
