Playback the recorded video, the image quality is not high

I bought a camera that uses your App. It's a 720p HD cameras, however when I playback the recorded video, the image quality is not high. What's the problem?

As default setting, the camera will record video with SD resolution, SD = standard definition = VGA resolution. The camera also can support video recording with HD resolution, but users need to use the CMSClient software to change the recording resolution. Right click the camera, select "Remote config", you can change the recording resolution from SD to HD.<br>Please note that the cameras adopt dual streaming technology (main stream, sub-stream), once you changed the recording resolution to HD, the preview video resolution only can be available with SD resolution.
