Camera and two users?

Can one devide(camera) be used by two phones/users? Not at the same time of course but with the same application but with another phone*
It doesn't work for me. If I want to use the camera with my other phone I have to reset the device and do the connecting process again. Cant do this everytime I want to use the camera with another phone.

Yeah, it can. I'm using desktop CMS app and android app. All you need to do is make 2 different accounts and share cameras (from android to PC, or android to android). That is all.
