device is online already - issue

Hello

we have 3 client return 3 camera to us because when try to setup cameras using smartlink it saya ( device is online already )

plz help, I think the devices already bind

Most likely they're online, or have already been added to other Yoosee app. You may reset these cameras and setup them again by using "Smart Link" function.
 
i cant login to my ip cam(wrong password) i tried reset.i cant see the camera on ipc debug tool(only on yoosee ap on wired connection). what can i do to access it?
