can not register anymore 360 degree camera

hi all,i can not register my video camera,i changed router,pasw,location
this camera i used just few times,no last update
i have also other wich stay all timeonline,imaked update all is ok

any suggestion please????

How far is it from router? Is the camera in the range of signal from router? If not, this might be a problem. Or if you didn't add new pasword fromrouter into the camera, it might be a reason why it's not online. I changed my router pasword and then I wasn't able to connect my cameras to wifi, so I connected cameras through the cable and then I opened settings in yoosee app and changed from Wired connection to Wifi connection where I added the new password of router. Then I unplugged the cable and everything worked fine. If you can't put the cable into camera and connect it with router, I would go for resetting camera where you will have to add the camera to router again. Best option for me was Fast Networking.
