New Cell phone setup Help

I setup 2 Cameras at my home and able to view them remotely on my old android cell phone. I had to get a replacement cell phone because I cracked the screen. I transferred all the apps to the new phone but the settings didn't transfer and is asking to add devices. Well I am in another state and can't get back to camera for another 6 months. Is there a file or folder where the settings are kept that I can transfer them to the new phone?
