IOS 13,1 onto our iPhone 7 and now we can not connect our IP camera

Hi we have just downloaded the new version of IOS 13,1 onto our iPhone 7 and now we can not connect our IP camera to the wifi, When I get to the (connect the AP hot spot) it will not go any further if shows Camera GW_AP_xxxxxxx but will only connect in Wifi configuration and not pair with our router as it did with the IOS 12,4 previous version, Please could you help with this issue

Make Sure There Is No Signal Interference. If there is a bad reach, the IP camera can't find your WiFi signal, and it cannot connect to the WiFi. The IP camera should not be too far from the router. Check the distance between the IP camera and the router.
