Yoosee app on iPhone won't load.

Hi. We have outside security camera we been using with Yoosee app on two separate iPhone 5C mobiles. They are both running operating system 10.3.3.

Updated the one phone today to the latest version Yoosee app. The app opens and closes almost immediately without doing anything at all. We updated the app on the other iPhone today and that does exactly the same thing, the app starts to open and closes in less than a second. The camera itself is okay and the images can be seen on a wireless laptop with no problems by using the CMS program, so the fault is definitely with the latest upgrades to the iPhone apps.

Obviously we cannot update the firmware on the camera without the iphone app, nor can we see any recorded data without the iphone app. Can you advise a solution to this please...

Update: Cleared one of the iPhones yesterday and reset it, just in case something was in conflict. Downloaded a fresh copy of Yoosee, but still exactly the same issue, the app opens and closes almost immediately. Both phones have been fine with this app for over two years and the camera itself is still working as we can pick up the view on a wireless laptop using the CMS client. The issue seems to lie with the latest version of the Yoosee app released within the last few days.

I have made Yoosee aware of the problem yesterday via their web contact form. I am hoping they can find a resolve to this, otherwise we will ultimately have to consider a different type of camera, as without the app we cannot access any of the settings on the camera, nor view the camera footage remotely when away from home.
 
I have the same problem. Updated to the newer apps on htc one m9 and the apps will not open starts and disappears.
I have the older version on my iPad 10.3.3 and it works fine. How can I roll back the apps to make it work again?
I have the same problem. I installed the older apps on both phone and iPad and they have been working for nearly a year without problems. Updated the apps on my iPad2 IOS 10.3.3 and the apps will not open, removed and installed the latest version still will not open goes back to home screen but it still works on my HTC One m9 running the older version of the apps.
Looks like a compatibility issue with 10.3.3 no longer being supported.
Could YouSee make the older apps version available please?

I see yousee has a new cloud apps available. I loaded it on my old iPad 2 and it works now.
