Besder ip camera WiFi 1080p Night Vision not working

I have been using besder ip camera WiFi 1080p for 1.5 years however after update of firmware to 14.0.1.31 the night vision mode has suddenly stopped working.

During the day time it works fine however at night it doesn’t covert into night vision mode. Making the recordings useless at night. The IR lights remain off. Before this firmware update it worked fine at night.

Please issue a new firmware update for besder ip WiFi 1080p cameras to fix the issue with night vision IR mode.

The camera possibly uses grain media’s chip

Here are some troubleshooting steps that we can try: Unplug the camera from its power source, wait 30 seconds with the camera unplugged, and plug the camera back in. If the customer has their Night Vision settings on Auto, have them switch it to manual. Then try to toggle the setting on and off manually.
