So with the YooSee App on the iPhone, the motion detection feature (defence) no longer works for me. I do not get a notification when there is obvious movement when the defence is activited. This is with the motion detector turned on in the settings menu, and the slider to to "high".

Also the camera does not record any footage to the 64GB micro SD card I installed.

So far I am finding the app very useless.


Any help ideas?

Have you read this thread?
It guides you how to use the alarm function. In addition to enable motion detection, users need to tap "defense" icon to activate the alarm detection.

For the no video files problem, please note after you enable the video recording, the camera will start to record video in memory card and patch a file in every 30 minutes, it will display or list the video files when you turn record OFF.
