Hi, I bought a yoosee camera sometime last year and configured the camera to my phone and that of my wife. Problem is my wife changed her phone and its been problematic for her to get yoosee on her phone.it rejects the password we used and an attempt to use the forgot password tool has not succeeded. Kindly assist.
