FI9828W Pre-Sets not working with Blue Iris

On my PTZ/Control page, I do not have "Use another ip/port" selected. (Default looks like ":80" not highlighted)

On video Page, my Media/video/RTSP port = 554 (I think this was default)
HTTP port: (use my own selection not 88 or 80)
ONVIF: Uses HTTP and ONVIF port 8999 (again this seemed to be default) Don't really know what ONVIF is.
