Hi, I have a HD-IP-Kamera ref NX-4303-675 and unfortunatly the app doesnt seem to work (tried unistall and reinstall) I keep on having a screen that explain that I need to do extra steps, but when clicking on it it explains that I miss extra software (without telling wich one, how to get it, or anything). As a result, my camera is useless and doesnt record/detect anything unless I am actively on my app looking at the camera. Please feel free to contact me at 935 I do need to set this up for security reason where I live.
