The latest firmware upgrade, which changed the card name to TF card, appears to have an issue: When a video file is created, it cannot be played back. Although in Playback the video file is registered as having run for around 4 minutes (timer mode), when the file is viewed with the card in a computer, the recorded time is 00:00. A previous manual (as opposed to timer) recording would not play video, but the sound was heard. Also, the app then hangs and has to be fully shutdown, before it will restart correctly. This is experienced when using Apple iOS. As a user suggested in Discussions, it would be useful if previous versions of the Firmware could be downloaded, to roll back the device to a version of the firmware that worked correctly until bugs can be fixed in the latest version.
