The line is busy (20102001)

Hello, for several weeks now I am getting the error message "The line is busy (20102001)" when I want to see what is going on in my house in Mexico. This is very annoying, as I am presently in the Netherlands until November. How can I resolve this problema? Thank you in advance for your suggestions!

Do you have anyway of confirming your internet is working in Mexico? Do you have anyone (property manager) that can reboot your router?
