Switch off alarm

Good evening

Last night my alarm went off and I was unable to switch off the alarm for quite some time afterwards. I tried “disarming” it under my settings, and “disarming” it below the image on my phone. Is there somewhere else to switch off that I don’t know about?

Hi Herman. Yes I am referring to switching off the alarm on my phone

you can change the time between notifications. Under push notification settings/receiving alarm interval. I changed mine from every 10 seconds to every 1 or 5 minutes. I found every 10 seconds was to soon and it was going off again before I had the chance to even turn it off. Hope this helps
