smartphone can not receive push notification

After turn on the defense, when an alarm occurs, the phone do not receive the alarm push.
1.Confirm the alarm happened: check whether the camera alarm is triggered with the alarm beep sounds sent out.
2.Click defense( as picture below), hear a “Di”, confirm defense successfully.

3.Go to "Alarm Settings" and complete the following operations.


Open “Receive alarm prompt”, bind “Alarm email”, set “Buzzer”, turn on “Motion detection”, and adjust the detection sensitivity to “Middle”.

4.Move the object within the monitoring range. Confirm if the alarm push can be received after the alarm prompt tone.

If you are a visitor (the device is shared by others or added with a guest password):
Inform the owner to add your user ID to the push list.
 
Yoosee does NOT work
Try YYP2P app, it works! You’ll start getting notifications right away
 
YYP2P app has same problem with not receiving notification that doorbell has been pushed. I think the problem is with Yoosee servers.
