I've been using a Hiseeu wireless outdoor IP camera (720) for few months now but I was always having issues with recorded videos. They tend to be getting quite slower when there is no movement around but seems to be okay when there are moving objects. I have tried almost everything and also changed the NVR yet the issue is same.
I suspect the issue is with the frame rate becoming lower with no movements. I just want to know whether this is a normal factory default setting or a failure of camera. If this issue is related to settings, is there any way to keep the frame rate at a stable value?
