Hello all,
After a firmware update (not sure which exact version), I noticed that the quality of the images during night is very grainy compared to what it used to be.
The camera is Besder Yoosee IP Camera 1080p, 6mm focus, current firmware: 13.1.1.31.
The registration number was visible before the upgrade.
Anyone else, experienced similar issues?

It's an old post, but I want to reply. I have two besder 6003mw-jw201 with firmware 13.1.1.36.
Two cameras, same issue. During the night the image is terrible. Especially on dark zone and borders.
I want to try a downgrade the firmware to check if is a firmware issue or hw.

This is a good point. Two the possibilities:
  • All the sensors are faulty
  • Firmware are buggy (or show a bug with a specific hardware?)
The first one seems me a little bit low probable.
The point is.. Anyone has a firmware older that 13.1.1.16 to test it?
I tried to ask to gwell support but no reply at all via mail. I also tried a contact with Skype support, but no reply.
Only the ipcam reseller (besder) is talking to me and propose solutions.. But seems that also besder haven't a firmware file:(

I experimented with the camera today. I noticed that the image at night becomes normal in the scheduled recording. If you switch to manual recording mode, the image becomes bad again. After changing the operating modes, turn off the camera's power and turn it back on. I also replaced the power adapters with 2A. But still the firmware is bad.

got an old firware from the aliexpress besder reseller. Unfortunately I'm unable to run the ipc debug tools he sent to me.
I tried another IPC Debug tool from this forum.. it start but no camera detection.
@Admos If you wan to try, having the same fw series.. here the old one: https://we.tl/t-D4OuvbFwV2 (npcupg13.01.01.03(2006&2049)(release).bin )

Flashed this firmware. Nothing has changed. I think the problem is in the camera itself
