Can't see video from connected camera on PC. Android app works fine.

I connected camera to the phone app and I can see video just fine. But when I installed PC app a see my device already on the lise (and phone app logs out when I log in on PC) but when I double-click I see a sad face :-(

What's the problem? How do I make it work?

Also, RTSP is enabled in the camera, but I'm not sure how to make it work in direct mode with NVP software... Can I download videos from camera that way? Or do I have to use Yousee app?

Sad face = wrong password.
Ensuring you login CMSClient by using your Yoosee account, don't try local login option.
