Hello, I recently purchased a rebranded version of one of your cameras - the brand is Toguard, you can see the product here. I'm able to access the camera through the yoosee app and the desktop application, but it bothers me that I cannot connect directly to the camera through a web browser and I must use software that requires registration. Can you please publish a firmware update for the camera that allows direct access to settings through a web browser using HTTP as well as other mobile apps that do not require registration? For instance I can connect directly to my Foscam security camera's administrative interface at http://IpAddr. Once in there I can change all of the camera's settings without the need for a third party tool. Thank you.
The Yoosee/eRobot cameras don't support web server function. The cameras have blocked the http connection and 80 port. Because the Yoosee cameras are specifically designed for home users. Users only can use the Yoosee App (or replicate app, e.g. 2CU, CoT PRO) to setup the camera.
However, our professional network cameras can support web server function, users can type the url address (http://192.168.1.20) to access the camera's web server.
I have the Toguard Smart Camera security system and it is connected to the YooSee app, but now I have a few questions
When I set the alarm to notify me, it send a message to my mobile phone but the alarm messages all have the same default photo, is there a way to customize the alarm message photos of the area to display the photo/image of the area the alarm is covering
What is the Defense setting used for and why? What is the plus sign for?
What is the Mobile Serveillance setting for and when do I want to switch it on?
My Alarm mailbox is listed a Not bound....what does this mean and do I need to bind it to something?
Is there a way to delete videos that are recorded and stored for Playback?
When viewing the camera live after the first screen with the mic and photo and lock icon, there is a second screen with a symbol the looks like an eye over a square that when selected says: check not allowed. what is this and when would i use it?
