I updated the firmware on my camera and now I cannot connect to it. I have reset the camera with the reset button on the bottom. I have deleted the device in the application and added it back but when I go to view it gives me a network error 20102004. The device is hardwired to the router. I tried a new patch cable and different working port on the router. I deleted the device again. It finds the device but now will not connect to it.
