Same here... I've got the FREDI.

I used a very thin nail (the tip of a pen wasn't cutting it) to get in and reset the button--there's a sound when you reset it properly. Then I went through APP set-up again and it worked. Good luck~

I had to reset mine to a new wifi password and then it no longer connected to Wifi. I have another one that also won't connect to Wifi. I have the MVPower
