I want to use playback option on my CMS (CMSSetup_1.0.0.51) client on Windows.
Issue is:
Setup order:
Connecting with Ethernet to the router
Able to add into CMS on Windows and even use playback option by entering "123" into Device password field BUT I am not changing password whatever is entered into RTSP password field.
Whenever I change(using Android smartphone) Connection type from Wired to WiFi I can no longer access Camera's playback videos. In the end of setup I get RTSP policy (or whatever) updated and we recommend you to change password, I did testing with closing without changing password, I also tested with changing RTSP password immediately BUT this password does not work on CMS Windows client (I have also tried very simple ones without fancy symbols)
I get Password error (I am checking using IPC Config)
Tried various of options with trying entering 123, 888888 into Device Password field
Changed RTSP password multiple times using Android phone but still getting "password error" on Windows CMS client.
Looks like some passwords are changing on the Camera after I change into WiFi
FYI video works fine on Windows CMS and Android phone
