Besder IP Camera turns itself off and on.

Hi,
The camera starts again and turns on and off automatically. What is the reason of this?
I see the camera in the IPC test tool but it disappears after 3 seconds.
Besder 6024PW-JV201 IP Camera. Grain GM 8136S-QC chipset.

Can you help me solve this problem?

I think it's not a hardware problem. I think the software crashes.

I kept the defective device on the shelf for a few days and when I tried it today, the problem was solved by itself. But now a different device is working and closing. I didn't make any changes to energy and network installations, but I didn't understand how these problems were.

Probably an ip conflict. try to setup a fixed ip ON YOUR ROUTER (via Mac address).
