How to connect 2 cameras in different houses

Hello to all members.
i want your help.I ve bought 2 cameras for 2 different houses. I install a yoosee app and everything works perfect for the first house.
My question is how to connect the second camera in the second house..
Is there any acces to add a second camera in a different home-wifi? How? Please help me how to manage this situation..
