how to convert .AS files to .AVI or .MP4

Just reading the Yoosee on my phone is not usable, too slow, cant erase, then I need to read them on my computer, not with yoosee with cant do it normaly, quickly, but with all standard videos reader well working


What kind of format is .AS and how convert .AS to another standard video file ?
