After last update streaming does not work from a wifi LAN

I see the webcam online correctly, but streaming on mobile app only works if my smartphone is directly connected to the Internet; if my smartphone is connected to a wifi network other than the webcam, streaming does not start. Operation was good before the software upgrade

I have WIFI problems too. Using this firmware also: 21.0.1.15.
Cam works on ethernet cable perfectly, but when trying to use wifi:
- no wifi networks listed
- when selecting wifi, It says "error" or "wrong operation"
