I can’t unlock door using Yoosee iOS app!! Can anyone help please?
I can click the unlock icon and I get a success message on the iPhone screen BUT the door just doesn’t unlock
I can view doorbell video on iOS Yoosee app, and receive alerts fine. I can also unlock using RFID.
