Almost Yoosee Wi-Fi cameras have reset button design, pressing the reset button up to 5 seconds, the camera will reset to factory default. All user-customized settings will be erased, but will not erase the data/video clips in SD/TF memory card. What conditions if you need to reset the camera?
Conditions you need to reset the camera:
1. Set the camera first time
2. Moving to a new location with a new Wi-Fi
3. Wi-Fi password is changed
3. Forgot the camera's admin password
4. Problems you can't solve
5. Wish to reset all settings
Where to find the reset button?
Depends on camera's design, you can find a reset button beside the Ethernet port for Pan/Tilt Wi-Fi cameras. Or you can find a tiny hole (sometimes with a mark "RESET") that allows you to use a sharp item e.g. a toothpick to press the reset button
For water-drop shape and mirror shape cube Wi-Fi cameras, you can find the reset button on the back of camera.
Please note: In rare case, the tiny hole is the place where your microphone is located. Before try to press the button, please double check the mark on camera to confirm it's a hole where reset button is in, not the microphone.
