Camera JW-BT621AWTV-20 black and white image during the day

Hello I have a problem with the camera. I did something through the IPC Test Tool and since then the camera has gone like this. The camera started recording the video in black and white during the day, and the evening is purple. I restarted the camera several times but the problem is not resolved. I'm sending you photos as the camera uploads day and night.
How do I fix this problem ???
