How to delete camera without unbinding?

Previously I have added a camera to the app and it works but could not Pan/Tilt so I had it replaced by the shop I bought it from.

But the old camera is still in my devices list. When I try to delete, it says I need to unbind first before deleting. But when I try to unbind, it fails because the camera is no longer with me.

How do I delete the camera from my app without unbinding?

I believe you can email the support and they can do it for you on their end.

1) Open Hik-Connect app, tap the ADD icon.
2) Add device by scanning device QR code which is on the label of the device or input device serial number manually.
3) The app would pop up the message and unbind button. Press the unbind button to continue.
