nvr to camera

hi ya i got a camera ..and when i try add it to nvr ..the nvr see it ..but it wont let me see image says ipc disconnect .... any 1 got a guide to how to add this ... also i cant match code ..as it comes up error ...any help appreiated ..thanks

Find "RTSP" option under sub-menu of security, then enable RTSP and set a new password.
When adding the camera to your NVR, input default username "admin", then input your modified RTSP password.
It's done.

Black screen, the possible reason is the resolution doesn't match.
Your NVR's resolution should be higher than video resolution or equal.
For instance, your video/camera's resolution is 1080p, then your NVR's resolution should be 1080p or higher.

Yeah, my camera resolution just 720p, and NVR is 1080p, and fail
