UNABLE TO CONNECT WITH CAMERA TO A REMOTE PC

I have been trying to connect my camera located at my shop remotely from my office but I am not being able to do so. I downloaded the CMSclient installer from Yoosee website and it worked on first day. From second day its not working and it displays network timeout box repeatedly when I want to connect. Is this because my wifi password was changed at my shop?

If the Wi-Fi password has been changed, then you have to reset the camera, start the setup over again.
The Wi-Fi password changed, the camera would not be able to connect the Wi-Fi, it was offline. It's the reason why you could not access the camera via app or CMSClient software.
