E-mail alarm (in night) black photo

Hi all,
the camera works fine, I can see in dark night all clear thanks to IR integrated light. BUT ... when alarm is detected (motion detection), than the camera switch off the IR, take a picture (=black nothing) and switch back the IR ON.
I cannot find any way how to change this behavior.

Any ideas what check? FW is actual, no updates pending.
