Yoosee PC software CMSClient Bad Face :-( no video/image

hi,
i cant connect my camera anymore on my pc. on my mobilephone evrything works fine. at the beginning of using my pc everything was ok. but after a few days i only get a bad face. no connection possible.
has anyone an idea to help me.

Bad face means incorrect RTSP password.
Go to camera's settings on smartphone app, enable RTSP and set a new password, then add the camera to your PC software by entering this password.
