If you forget the account password, you may register a new one. Don't use your phone number to register, because it is only functional for Chinese SIM numbers. <br>The Email address can be invalid one. E.g. if your real Email address is xxxxxx@yahoo.com, you can use xxxxxx2@yahoo.com to register a new account. The registered email address is only used to access the app and manage the device, it doesn't offer other functions.

The camera only supports one account to watch the HD video simultaneously. If you want to access the camera through different devices, you have to register two different accounts. E.g. you want to watch the video on iPhone, meanwhile want to watch the video on iPad at the same time, then you need to register/use two different accounts.

A very stupid solution! Never buy Chinese product again.
