Yoosee smart doorbell camera

i have a doorbell and with Yoosee application i can control the doorbell. i installed the app. on my mobile phone and i installed the doorbell . when i open the app. i can open the door, talk and so on. i want to share two mobile phones to control the doorbell so, i installed the app. in each mobile phone with an account . now, in my phone i pushed the share button and add the two accounts of the two mobile phones. in the sharing management window i can see the two shared visitors, each one got an ID number. the problem is that when the doorbell push button is pressed only the usb bell ring but the phones do not ring and not alarm. why? what i have to do for all the phones get the alarm and app. open automatically?

well when you made the sharing .. you had to tick what options you want

it's broken. I have the same situation. Seems to work sporadically just after being shared then none of the devices work.
