Can't register

I can't register for the Yoosee app, because I can't get the app to send me a verification code.

When I enter my phone numbers the app gives me this message: "Incorrect phone number or email format."

I have tried every configuration of my numbers – mobile, landline, with and without the UK +44 code, but it makes no difference.

The app also gives the option of receiving the code by email. But I have tried this many times and no code has ever come through to my email. I've checked the Junk and Trash folders, but nothing.

Very frustrating!

If anyone is able to help I'd be very grateful.

I'm also struggling with this. So much for "easy to set up"!! Been at it on & off for hours & still not accepting my mobile dispite trying numerous ways.

Will be sending it back if i dont get anywhere on here.

I managed it.
When inputting your mobile phone number omit the +44 or 44 or 0 .

I received this info from customer service.
