RTSP stops when no Internet is available (with newest 14.00.00.93)

I have two 720p Bullet-Cam's which I just updated to the newest Firmware 14.00.00.93. Now, with the newest Firmware, the Cam's stop respondig to Ping AND stop delivering the RTSP Stream on local LAN after a few Minutes, if they have no Internet Connection.

They worked just fine with the older Firmware and without any Internet Connection!

What's the point? I don't want any Cloud-App-Push-Alert-Thingie, I use a Surveillance Software and VPN for this, I just want the Cam's to deliver a Video Stream on the Ethernet Port, no matter what!

I just stopped the time. Power-cycled one of the Cam's without Internet Access and it stopped working just after pretty exact 10 Mins.

WHY does it provide a local RTSP Stream for 10 Mins and the stops?
