Hi, there, I have had your Fredi camera for about a year and never had a problem until recently. The app kept telling me the camera was offline. I tried unplugging it, connecting it to my internet box with an ethernet line, and pushing the reset button. Nothing helped; now I just get a blank screen that says "Yousee error." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app from my phone as well. The camera is working at least partially, because when it picks up movement it clicks. Can you help?
