I bought FREDI Model IP8088 . I can not use it as your App does not include Germany to register my mobile phone. It tells me always that it is the wrong format. In your list of countries Germany and any western european country are not included, so I can not use it. The camera, alarm etc all work well but I cannot receive an alarm on my phone, the most important reason to have this camera. I will have to return the camera to Amazon Germany if you cannot provide me with a solution to my problem. If I don´t get informed of any movement the camera detects what use is your camera to me? I hope you will find a solution.
