Rtsp stream choppy and only available when yoosee app is running

On my camera I got access to the rtsp stream but this only seems to be available when the yoosee app is running. The stream is really choppy while the picture in the yoosee app is fine. How do I get a good rtsp stream that can be used by my dvr system?

1 unbind device,
2 update / remove or install app
3 reset camera
4 sing in yoosee
5 add device
is working for me using onvifer app
