My two cameras were working perfectly since one year until yesterday. I upgraded the firmware to 21.0.1.1 After then I started to receive error “The line is busy (20102001)”. No problem in the connection and one of the cameras on only 30 cm away from the router.
I tired all below trouble shootings but with no luck
1- Reset the camera
2- Re-download Yoosee App in my Iphone
3- tried via Android but the same problem.
4- Upgraded my WIFI router
5- Upgraded my internet speed from Sim wirless conecction to Fiber Optic
I would appreciate if any one could help as I need to fix them problem before I go holiday,
I appreciate your replay at the earliest. Kindly advise whether I can rollback to my old firmware.
