Existing contact no.cannot bind with new account

My problem i lost/forget the previous password & email address..since i change the reuter n new wifi setup. I dont know to backup/ recall password & email address. So i deside to create new account but its cannot bind with my phone no. Its because the phone no has been used with my previous yoosee account.

1.How to bind my phone no with new account? 2.Do i need to delete the existing account?
3.how to delete my existing account?
