The line is busy (20102001)

my two cameras were working perfectly until yesterday and after i upgraded the frimware to 21.0.1.1
After then I started to receive error “The line is busy (20102001)”. No problem in the connection and one of the cameras on only 30 cm away from the router.

I appreciate your replay at the earliest.

I have the Yoosee camera/app. It was working fine for a week. Now it says line is busy (20102001). Please respond asap with suggestions on how to fix the issue. It's very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!

realmente frustrante
 
I can preview FH1C camera on CMS but not on Yoosee app v 00.46.03.04 after recent firmware update. The error code on app is line is busy or network busy 30102001. What is wrong with app. Tried by uninstalling app but to no avail.
 
Usually this happens with a poor internet connection. I have one camera that seems to be worse than all the others. Mine is a different camera and version 13.1.0.98.
