Dear Admin and forum members, firmware update stucked on 51% and now camera spins but can’t be added to Yoosee software. I am afraid that the firmware is corrupted and the device can’t connect to the network. Need to flash RAM “KH 25L6436F” but have no idea what is the correct firmware version for this model. It uses Grain Media 8135S-QC. Any suggestions? Please provide a download link if available.
Thank you-

UPDATE:

I bought a brand new camera, same model, JT-110W-2A, and did a full dump of the firmware (8mbytes).

With the flash programmer CH341A I uploaded the dump on the bricked camera and voilá!

Network led is blinking blue and camera now emits its setup sounds. In the botton line It’s working now.

On the 1st test it was linked to Yoosee through an ethernet cable. Wi fi seems to be off.

Haven’t had time to downgrade to a previous firmware version to fix the wi-fi yet. Will work on it.

Note: original camera id doesn’t change. That info may be stored on another rom on the mainboard.

I’ll share more details when figure out the wi-fi issue.

bom trabalho, onde você encontrou o firmeware de jortan

I extracted the firmware from a new camera (same model) using a flash programmer. Unfortunately, the wifi chipset on the new camera is different, so the old camera is now operational only through an ethernet cable.

could make this flash programmer available

I would like to do some tests

Hey, bbc, I haven't log in for a while. Sorry for missing your message. Are you still willing to try the flash programmer I used? If yes, please let me know your e-mail so I can send you a direct link.
Best-

Hey bro, can you share the ram/flash memory dump please? Trying to get my camera working again:) Thanks

Sure!

Please find the files on the link below.

Please make sure you have the camera with the new wifi chipset.

Unfortunately my old camera had the older chipset so I couldn't make the wifi work, but it is 100% functional over the ethernet cable. If your's is the newest model, you are lucky.

I would suggest you to do not try to remove the flash memory from the board. The programmer works perfectly without having to desoldering it. Just plug the clip on the flash and write the bin.

Here are the links:
Claro!

[/ QUOTE]

One question, how is the chipset different, opening a camera and checking the numbering without hardware?
